02Do I need my own domain?

No — every package includes a free subdomain (yourshop.website.softora.tech) ready to use right away. Want your own, like yourshop.com? Add it for ฿690/year, or connect a domain you already own for free.

03What's included in the price — is there a yearly fee?

The package price is a one-time website setup fee that includes hosting and an SSL certificate for the first year. From year two, there's an annual renewal per package (฿590 / ฿990 / ฿1,490) for server costs and upkeep. That's stated upfront — no other hidden fees.

04Can I edit the content myself? Is it hard?

Every package includes a backend you log into to edit text, change images, add products, or write articles yourself — through a normal browser, nothing to install. If you'd rather not do it yourself, our content editing service can do it for you.

05Can I upgrade my package later?

Yes — all three packages run on the same platform. Upgrade anytime and pay only the price difference; your existing content and products carry over, no rebuild needed.

06How do Shop customers pay?

The system supports bank transfer and PromptPay QR. Customers order and upload their payment slip on the site, then you verify the slip and update the order status from your backend — with an email alert every time a new order comes in.
